The air of excitement can be felt since your name has been announced as the speaker at the XYZ convention this June. You are to speak on the main stage and then in the workshop too. Although both sessions will follow the same theme, the session on the main stage will be a proper speaking session while at the workshop it will be an interactive teaching session where questions will also be entertained. Both sessions will be an hour long each. The agenda of the convention has been enclosed along with this letter.
All the expenses that your wife and you will incur, will be paid for. An honorarium amount of $4000 will also be paid to you. The hotel and transport will be arranged by us. You just have to take care of your flight reservations. The convention is scheduled to start at 7 a.m. sharp on June 9 and end at 7 p.m. on June 10. The reservation for your room is from June 8 to June 11 till noon. Any queries regarding the arrangements, will be answered by David Brooke at 666-6666.
