Dear Harry,
I am shocked to hear about the untimely death of your father on May 15th, 2010. Mrs Martha from your office informed me about the unfortunate incident. I am extremely sorry for your loss.
I wanted to come for the funeral but unfortunately I was out of Landon for some official meetings. Although, I have never met your father but I heard a lot about his kindness and involvement in social services. He helped many poor and needy people during his years of working. I have read many articles on his valuable works. We have not lost a good human being but also a great social worker and enthusiast.
Kindly accept my condolence on behalf my family and in case you need anything, please do let me know.
