Dear Mr. Moore,

I am a resident of Montana and I stay at the Santa Cruz residential area. I am writing to you to lodge a formal complaint on my neighbor Mr. Will Smith. Mr. Smith is a banker and lives just opposite my place. Yesterday night he was drunk and in that state he dashed into my car at the middle of the night. My car has been badly damaged and is now in the garage for repairs. I request you to register my complaint against Mr. Smith for drunken and reckless driving. Kindly do the needful in the case.
