Dear Austin Parker,
We have recently purchased one of your water butts from a York garden center. The first time that is has rained has shown that there is a large hole on one side of the butt. As quick as rainwater enters the butt, it flows out from the hole.
I would complain directly to the York garden center but it has since gone out of business, and so feel that I can therefore only ask you, as manufacturer to solve my problem. I have attached a receipt, and hope that you would resolve my issue. I greatly appreciate the time taken to read this letter and look forward to your response.
