Dear Randy nortan,

I took my new Viper in to your York Car Center on February 15 for an oil change. I paid for this on my Sarsons credit card. Looking at my last statement though I notice that the transaction appears to have been duplicated, as there are two entries for the same amount on the 15th. I know the person who swiped my card seemed to have trouble processing the transaction, and would assume that this is where the problem lies.

 

I have included a copy pf the transaction and statement for your records. I feel that this situation can be rectified by simply re-crediting me with the second amount. Quick action on your behalf will be more than satisfactory for myself. Thank you.
