Dear Jimy ortan,

I was quite surprised when I received my credit card statement today. It shows that I was billed twice for my gym membership last month. Since I only have one account with my gym and am only paying for my membership, there should be no reason for me to be billed twice. Could you please check again and let me know what went wrong? I would also like to request that the necessary adjustments be made as soon as possible so that I can settle the full and correct amount immediately. Thank you for your help on this matter.
