I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be cancelling my cable service with your company. The cancellation is effective one month after receipt of this letter. It is unfortunate that I must cancel my cable service with you but I will be moving to another address where a cable service is already available. I have already paid all my past payments and will be paying my last payment this month within the week.
I have been satisfied with your cable service and I do hope that you will continue providing good services to your customers. I wish nothing but the best for your company and I know that you will reap more success because of your good service.
