Although we have truly enjoyed leasing our business location from you, we would like to give a 30 day notice of our intent to leave. The location has been a phenomenal aid in growing our small florist shop into a thriving business and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Still, we need more space and a property has just opened in a prime location at an excellent monthly rent.

I’ve read the lease agreement carefully and will adhere to the terms of vacating the premises. We could be available the last Saturday of the month to do a walk-through inspection to ensure no there is no debris or damages. At that time, if the premises are to your standards, I wonder if you could return our rental deposit? I can be reached during normal business hours at the number or email address you have on file for me.
