Dear Austin Parker,

Due to the unwillingness of the management to give us the medical and dental benefits which we deserve, we have no choice but to organize a strike which will begin at exactly 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 8. We stand by our decision to be on strike until such a time that our demands will be met.

We firmly believe that our cause is truly important one and we as employees need to know that the company looks out for and cares about the well being of its employees. We hope that this dispute is cleared up soon so that we may begin working even more efficiently for the company once more.

Sincerely,
Ishika joe
