After the 10th of June, Eliot Corporation will be commencing random drug tests on its employees. We feel very strongly that all our employees should be drug free. If found positive for drug abuse, the employee must undergo treatment or his employment shall be terminated. To test for drugs, the employees will be asked to give either blood or urine samples. None of the results would be made public.
If an employee’s result is positive, he or she will be contacted by someone from the Human Resources. The representative will guide you through the treatment and rehabilitation. if the employee is unwilling o undergo treatment, he or she will be asked to work elsewhere.
